The thing is, if they are selling today they are exceedingly stupid for many reasons. One of which is they had opportunities to sell at much higher prices for quite awhile now. Whatever is going on, it can't last too long as it is below the offering price and we know that is a substantial discount over what the institutional investors perceive it to be worth as of today (which i think is not taking into account the merger with SC).
