The public offering price for the $20M was $3.13. Institutions buy at a discount. If they buy at a 25% or 50% discount to what they perceive value of the company, everyone can do the math of where this is heading.
Who sold today or why, I'm not sure anyone knows here but if institutions in the PO bought at a 50% discounted value, that would be $6+. $4.50 if it was 25%
