What we pay for shares is relative. So is being happy with what one paid for those shares. I don't regret ANY of the shares that I have purchased in the past, and I have paid both much more than what the SP is today and a little less. What I regret is not having the opportunity or powder to buy as much as I would like when there are bargain shares. Since my shares will not be sold for quite some time it makes no difference what I see today for the SP (other than another buying opportunity). There is no ouch for me and probably never will be. I hope all longs can understand what I'm trying to say.
