I think a lot of shareholders voted no for proposal 1 and voted yes for 2 without giving it much thought. None of us knows for sure, but I believe the Company wants the R/S and will do whatever it takes unless, miraculously, they find an acceptable alternative. I doubt they will go the route of retail/over the counter (non-prescription sales) but again, no one knows.

The right patent approval would go along way to alleviate our problems.
