It had always been clear that they would need to do more raises until an agreement is reached and an upfront-payment received. If they continue to raise at this level until December, I'll be disappointed, but I think it is only fair to give them a couple of months more to do a decent deal.

In hindsight, it would probably have been better do raise $100 million at once when the SP was much higher. That would have resolved or at least alleviated all financial concerns.
