unfortuntely I do not have any idea on the 8k Rules and so on.
They have filed 8k's in the past for similar events(secured supplies,china,well to wire, I can go on...)
so -IF they file an 8k the only thing it will prove is that their is a signed deal but we will get further details such as the viability of the buyer (when they did the 8k on secured supply it was immediately apparant that SS was pretty shaky)
All I want to see is a verified order from an actual verfied company with actual money exchanged for an actual product...
not some pie in the sky "we have to do this... in order to get that".. kind of a deal.
Is that too much to ask for?
