Reasons why:
The PO, acquisition and uplist are not factored into the current share price
It was a difficult feat and could have easily not happened
The only point it was a known "for sure" was this evening
Institutions take larger positions than the average retail investor. They are not buying 100 shares at a crack
The exposure as you just pointed out is priceless. There will be a lot of people looking up VERB after Friday morning
Being a NASDAQ companies also means sales will be easier. Companies like to deal with NASDAQ/NYSE companies as opposed to OTC or startups that might go out of business tomorrow
Now with the uplist happening tomorrow, news faucet will be opened in the coming weeks. I suspect there has been a lot of news building up.
