some might appreciate this .. 
@ 1:54 today i placed a bid (jumped the bid @ 102)
with a small bid of 6301 @ 105c .. i then hit the ask
@ 11c for 3699 (total = 10000) .. presumed (incorrectly)
that the trade would go off hidden (that seems to be SOP)
it did not .. and for about 10 minutes my bid sat by its lonesome
then it was *joined* by ETRF .. and by COM of market .. the bid
size total of 31301 and then 41751 .. would be *filled* in total
except for my 6301 .. go figure .. that *volume* mostly @ 105c .. also
took IPIX's volume up @ EOD from 82512 to 123076 .. hmmm
volume maintenance clearly not *met* today on IPIX .. which will make it easier
to see some of those trades NR has to mark .. this matters to me based on whether marked @ ask .. or @ bid
hidden trades (rough) about 21%
