There is no need to re-cast your vote unless you plan to change it. I just logged into the on-line site: www.proxyvote.com
Hopefully you still have access to your control #. Once in, it should show that your vote is: Active-Voted with the new voting deadline of April 17, 11:59 pm. It is followed with a reminder that votes can be changed until the voting deadline.
I guess it's not as easy to do for those that already mailed in their proxy cards or for those that have misplaced their control #. In that case you should call your broker.
