I find it interesting that the stock barely moved in pps or volume (up or down) for 8 months even though there were quite a few PR's that came out during that time. However, on March 12th a PR was released talking about a new relationship with Paragon Sales and Marketing, and the sh!t hit the fan. There was a lot of volume and a lot of upside movement on the pps for about 7 days.

My question is, who bought all these shares and what specifically made these buyers decide that DECN was a buy?
