The 18th is actually freaking perfect. It gives us 2 more weeks to wait on word from the MM patent application. I was telling a friend yesterday that I think the only response is going to be a yes/no on patent allowance.
I think we will get the response in before the 18th.
If it's No, the will have a 1-500 RS and longs get crushed.
If it's yes on the patent, depending on the lead time, we are looking at around .50-.75 before the vote. At that point, I think the RS would get voted down again. If that happens, then we are looking at 1 trading day before 4/20 (a traditional catalyst). Probably could expect the SP to hit $1.20-1.60 range....
