Maybe true, regarding the quality of the offers we have. But the counter offers would have been to our liking, and were supposedly still in discussions, so... maybe they weren’t irreparably off?

Who knows. It’ll all happen when and as it happens. I still tend to think we’re closer to a deal than not, but also believe that this may be the single most influential decision the board makes in terms of the future value of the company. I’m sure they’re not taking it lightly.
