In fairness there were a lot here that felt the outcome of the R/S was going to be a foregone conclusion. I was not one of them but I must admit that after we found out management had issued themselves the 36 million shares as part of their ESOP, I knew the vote was going to be close. The question remains now as to what the company will do between now and the 18 to gain the necessary votes.
