It's all very rich Earl that I go to Israel and investigate the company...and that Frank and I spent countless hours putting the whole thing together...and that I organized the private boards of which now you have locked both Frank and I out of so you can run rough shot over the company and the two of us.


You sold out your position a few weeks ago and since that time you have become a toxic poster attacking the company and the management.

I understand if you're upset but what kind of a person then spends all his time posting negative bs while there are still good people on these boards holding shares and hoping for a positive outcome?

What you're doing is selfish and mean and I suggest you take a long look in the mirror...

I have been nothing but kind and good to you offering you info on a few other plays which you enthusiastically embraced...and now it's come to this.

I just don't understand what your problem is nor does Frank...you turned on us..we were friends....
