I'm not sure where you got 500 Million Shares from. The last time I looked at the Quarterly it indicated only 200 Million Shares Mrs. White received. Of course, they can NEVER be converted as long as she is an "AFFILIATE" of the company due to the fact her husband is the CEO. Also, if there ever was a R/S, her shares would not be immune to it.
