They are merging with another small publicly traded company (which is in danger of losing their nadaq listing).

The Generex deal valued Emmaus at $225 million. It will be interesting to see how Emmaus is valued after this transaction occurs. They are working with Express Scripts and others, so hopefully they get stronger sales traction for Endari. It just looks interesting to watch since it was related to Generex.
