wait so NOW there's a financing deal they are working on for MyFlix?!? And it needs to be finished before the Form 10 can be completed? And what happens if it's not though? Does MyFlix not happen on time, not that it has anyway I guess. But my point is, this is something new and separate from their S-1 issuance of shares. Seems to be two different ways they are trying to raise money that may or may not happen. I'd definitely like more insight into this financing deal as it, more than likely, will mean issuance of the current shares that are on the A/S.
