Rory said that they have asked for acceleration of Effectiveness from the SEC. I have come across an example showing it can happen the same day (if I'm reading it correctly).

I have also come across a link indicating it has to be done 2 business days prior to being effective.

Assuming the request was submitted today, then worse case scenario would put Verb on NASDAQ this Friday. Best case scenario would be tomorrow.
