The one published on Monday could be the last one or they could update it if the SEC wanted corrections. Sometimes the final one will have the offering price. Sometimes not. The company already gave a range which could be good for a final.
Having read through the S1-A and compared it to the one from the 21st I know what changed. If anything, the latest one validated the previous one.
If the uplist is on Friday, nothing needs to be filed today or tomorrow morning. If it's tomorrow, I would look for another filing not necessarily a S1-A
Note: I am not an expert on all this, but I did look at a bunch of other companies since August. I will say it's hard to find a bunch that are doing the trifecta of uplisting like VERB but there are some.
