UNVC could open at 35 to 50 cents or higher depending on the value of the "conglomeration"
If there are 1,5 billion shares and the "conglomeration" is valued at $750 million initially = 50 cents per share.
I expect trading to be halted until an accurate Level 2 and Bid x Ask can be set.
