Pluto, you very much remind me of the old days of soviet and eastern block propaganda. They were always blaming exterior reasons for their shortcomings and failures. Reality was simply an Insult for their leaders whether they blamed economic disasters on spy agents, evil capitalists, the four seasons or the weather in General, always found someone else to blame.
