How is the "Litigation Fund" doing?
The shareholders were told the proceeds from the initial J&J suit were put into a "Litigation Fund" yet there is no accounting for that fund in the company reports.
Now, according to the current reports, more litigation is ongoing.
Will the proceeds from the settlements with Shasta Technologies LLC and Conductive Technologies, Inc also be placed into this "Litigation Fund"?
How many buckets are dipping into the "Litigation Fund" well?
How is this for "transparency and a lot of other nonsense"?
