I don't know enough about precursers to or causation of the yield signs. The OTC text on it is short and ambiguous. So getting rid of the yeild sign might be as simple as SB stated just paying the bill on the day it is due (ie the yield sign is your "hey you have until x date to make the payment" or something else... I wish I had better info on that situation.
