Absolutely, whether we want to admit it or not we are all at the mercy of SB who has shown he does not care about his shareholders. This filing is material enough to demand an explanation from him.
Some are alluding to something "big" happening behind the scenes just wait and see, wink, wink. Some are encouraging others to buy more and average down. All we have at this point is the hope that SB and the PL ads to be announced are real and will start running and that this deal is a big one. We may be in the trips today if don't hear anything and based on history I don't expect that we will, smh.
