I agree with your theory. It makes sense. The timing is right. Dr Dalton can save his old company while rewarding loyal longs at Univec. Everyone wins!
I think we will see filings a day or two before our partners are ready to announce. Keep an eye on April 11th for Rite Aid filings and look out for MRMD and Harvest filings. I believe we will see UNVC filings in mere weeks, quite possibly days. Several catalysts are about to hit this month. A couple have "secretly" taken place already! This is getting exciting guys!
