PHIL! WTH? 2.73B vol unfortunately in the wrong direction. Hafta say I've seen a daily vol greater than that only one other time. The recent filing states the company is authorized to buy back shares starting on 4/15/19. It does NOT say that they are going to. Watching to see how this plays out.
