while i don't expect much from the K .. it will be interesting to see if the
*consistency* of P2O investors is held

for all the angst .. that number .. since P2O was wrested back in 2013
has been remarkably consistent

re: consistency .. and a reminder that the DTC is considered 1 *shareholder*

as noted i'm curious to see number contained in the 2018 K .. when filed

one would think with all the negativity spewed *there* 24/7/365 .. for years
P2O wouldn't retain *shareholders* .. but as has been proven for a few years now
P2O certainly has ..

and it's truly NRs' biggest *issue* .. if or when P2O delivers measurable progress

re: the DTC .. unlike another NR OTC target (also years in the making) .. see below

there is nothing *showing* for PTOI out of that for profit site .. and ECN decoy
for the DTC .. who clearly *hold* a PTOI cert .. again see below for another OTC target re: the comp

last check on PTOI's Float earlier this year was 92M~ and change
the I/O has remained @ 124,756,158

btw .. anyone can call P2O's TA .. they are ungagged and will give out
the I/O and restricted (offset is the Float aka freely trading shares)
something trading crews seemingly always *conflate*

now here's the info on another NR OTC target (hand off by NR on this one done in early 2015 .. about 5 years after PTOI's hand off) .. like PTOI .. IPIX has been relentlessly compressed PPS wise for just over 4 years .. (PTOI just over 6 years)

and full disclosure .. i'm an investor in both OTC targets and have been for years ..

now note what that for profit site shows for IPIX (whose TA is gagged)
re: what DTC holds (reminder that would be 1 shareholder)

=========================

when P2O's 2017's K was filed in April 2018 .. this was noted:

Quote:

On April 7, 2017, there were 482 holders of record of our common stock, $0.001 par value per share.

As of April 7, 2017, we had issued and outstanding 124,756,158 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share.

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/13811....htm#a_006

now here is what P2O has reported since 2013 .. folks wanting to see the original post .. it's on the vehicle of choice PTOI SMB .. post #291757

=============

tough to argue with PTOI *holders* of record not only *stabilizing but slightly increasing* from 2014

reminder P2O was wrested back in mid August 2013 ..

wrested is what i wrote .. not wrestled .. .. i can understand why the OFFSHORE CRIMINAL ELEMENT
has issues with P2O/PTOI since DD was never done on who held (and still holds) *actual* PTOI certs circa 2008/2009

notice the *consistency* of what the K has noted since 2013 (it was mid August when P2O was wrested back
and EO Sept 2013 when current CEO infused $MILLIONS$)

Quote:
On April 14, 2016, there were 485 holders of record.

As of April 14, 2016, we had issued and outstanding 124,756,158 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share.

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/13811....htm#a_009

Quote:
On March 31, 2015, there were 486 holders of record.

As of March 31, 2015, we had issued and outstanding (i) 120,246,157 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share.

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/13811....htm#a_008

Quote:

On June 3, 2014, there were 475 holders of record.

As of June 3, 2014, we had issued and outstanding (i) 96,292,243 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share and (ii) 1,967,207 shares of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value per share, which shares are convertible into common stock at a conversion ratio of seven shares of common stock for each share of Series B Convertible.

Quote:

On March 14, 2013, there were 542 holders of record.

As of March 14, 2013, we had issued and outstanding (i) 89,890,063 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share, (ii) 1,000,000 shares of Series A Super Voting Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value per share and (iii) 2,300,000 shares of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value per share, which shares are convertible into common stock at a conversion ratio of seven shares of common stock for each share of Series B Convertible. All shares of the Series A Super Voting Preferred Stock were held by John Bordynuik, our founder and current Chief of Technology.

==================

so to put that together ..

2017 annual filed in 2018 shows 482 holders of record
2016 annual filed in 2017 shows 485 holders of record
2015 annual filed in 2016 shows 486 holders of record
2014 annual filed in 2015 shows 475 holders of record

(total of the above 4 years = 1928 divided by 4 years = 482)

2013 annual filed in 2014 shows 542 holders of record .. so the holders were reduced when P2O was wrested back by 67 .. which actually then increased by 11 the following year ..

if you take the I/O of 124,756,000 and divide for simplicity's sake by 482 (avg holders of record since P2O was wrested back) .. that works out to: 258,929 *shares* per *holder of record*

now think about the actual size *cert/share/s* that the DTC as 1 holder of record holds .. remember the other OTC target has 148M~ held @ the DTC .. so toss in any number you'd like .. i'll use 90M~ .. so 124,756,000 less 90,000,000 leaves 34,756,000 for the other *holders of record* .. all 481 of them

481 /34,756,000 = 72,257 per *holder of record* ..
so for example Fido (Fidelity) would have a total of 72,257 PTOI shares
and so would Etrade .. and every other *holder of record*

pretty telling isn't it?

now make the DTC's *cert/share/s* held @ 45M~
124,756,000 less the 45,000,000 = 79,756,000

481 /79,756,000 = 165,812 per *holder of record*

now you know exactly why the *original crew* .. that illegally manipulated PTOI
in 2009 .. has never *left* .. they literally *cant* .. which is why this site had to be infested as well .. the last aspect NR (non retail) wants is an educated investor
or an aware mgmt

reminder of PTOI's YTD *volume* from 2013 to 2018 ..

2009 ~ 7,188,642 ** (mid April start)
2010 ~ 20,478,838 ** CSTI imported/first hit piece & complicit *letter* of 9/28/2010
2011 ~ 37,204,277 ** NON RETAILs' *set up* .. (includes April's still record setting *volume* month of 8M~)
2012 ~ 26,989,328 ** aromatics & mgmt change out May 2012 .. set up for Jan 2013
2013 ~ 36,808,995 ** P2O wrested back mid August 2013 .. wash trading 101 with 2014
2014 ~ 36,381,060 ** wash trading 101 with 2013 .. note lower than 2013 and Jan 2014 6c reset and *volume*
2015 ~ 22,275,997 ** note *volume* significantly lower than 2014 .. PPS relentlessly compressed
2016 ~ 19,759,799 ** note still the lowest YTD volume for PTOI with lowest PPS
2017 ~ 13,540,583 ** down approx 6M and change from 2016's record setting low *volume*
2018 ~ 13,924,427 .. increase over 2017's 13M~ *volume* .. first turn since 2013

interesting the events of 2009 are now statistically irrelevant in one regard .. *volume*
even more interesting *imo* is that PTOI (the stock) has been held (mostly) @ or below 6c .. since 2014

separating out *volume* is equally revealing .. and i tend to divide PTOI *volume* into 3 tranches

April 2009 to EO May 2012
June 2012 to EO August 2013
September 2013 to today

will split out PTOI's volume for above .. by month/year .. in my next post

it should be obvious just how deep NRs' *hole* is re: PTOI ..should P2O deliver
which is why RH's filing of the NT .. re: *intent* has clearly rattled a *few*

go figure ..

as always best to actual P2O investors
