I think we all need to remember that most of the company staff have taken shares largely in lieu of wages, so they too are affected by the R/S, though I expect they'll support the company position. The big difference between us and them is that after the R/S occurs, the company will be free to compensate the staff with more of the new shares at no cost to them, we on the other hand may choose to buy stock if we wish to rebuild our positions.

Perhaps I'll be wrong, perhaps some of the staff will vote what's best for them, rather than the company. If the measure fails I suspect that will be at least part of the reason.
