Is it possible Steve has lined up investors right before he releases a major Press Release about PL#2?

Shares are for sale to new investors for .0024.

I would hope our share price would surpass that once the Press Release is out.

Is all this a calculated move by Steve?

Looks good to me, but I know there are smarter on this Board.
