Shiff LIED when he claimed to have absolute proof that President Trump colluded with the Russians to win the 2016 election.

He says the Russians offered dirt on Hillary, BUT it was all a Fusion GPS setup and the offer was from a Russian lawyer employed by Fusion GPS.
Hillary actually paid for the dirty dossier where information was received by paying RUSSIAN informants.
