No worries about the cost to patients, between discounts based on ability to pay and foundation grants, along with pharmacy provider discounts, even people without insurance will receive life saving treatment. I personally know folks who receive life sustaining drugs from companies, such as Merck, Pfizer, etc. Sales projections should not be based on "List Price", rather on expected Sales Yield after considering all mitigating factors.
