From the interviews I'm expecting to read a PR about additional government agencies coming on board but is that what's driving this?? Maybe a massive government contract? Did they positively ID The Concepcion? Maybe they found treasure? Maybe that nice 3 year permit renewal is attracting a suitor? An investor? Who knows??
