From what you're saying, the company controls so many shares that resistance to the reverse split may be futile, but I still believe the company should get a sense of individual investors sentiment before finalizing its actions. I frankly feared this was the case, especially given the fact that the company has been paying itself with stock, but you've confirmed it.
