In my opinion, he used my company and contacts to try and scam investors. When I called him out on it, I was terminated.

I thought he was going to be a professional, but I saw him misrepresenting the facts on this board.

I did not want people to lose money and tried to warn people. Fell on deaf ears.
I did stick to the agreement we had, he did not.

Is why I will not sink to his level and post personal information that would embarrass him or disclose anything from company emails.

There is enough public information, just read this last 8k and 10k.
