There are a few people who believe that Steve may be driving the PPS down so that he can take the company private. I don't think a man with the poor legal support - i.e. none - that he has could pull that off. SO, I don't think he is planning on taking the company private. It is possible that the note holders AND STEVE have been selling and driving the price down. Did Steve last sell at the end of December? End of March would be 3 months after the last sell off.
