well just look to what happened....the revenue numbers were supposed to be in the 15-17million per quarter.....that turned out to be 5 million, leave or take a few 100,000's....so i am definitely inferring that Veneto has a lot to answer for....now whether the number of 70 million was for the overall operation of Veneto and not what Generex was purchasing, is something that needs to be investigated....as for Veneto pulling one over Joe, am not so sure anyone can do that....these mergers are done mostly by lawyers and accountants and independent appraisers, with the CEO overseeing these actions.....something got missed in this process....and am sure glad we had Joe and Terry to renegotiate and save us 14 mil.....
