yes, 38MM give them the upper hand, RS have a very good chance to pass on 4/4.
sad part..still NO definitive proposal on 4/4
Why discuss RS now or get it approved now? unless they plan to do it before this summer..
something is happening behind the scene.. Good or Bad? We will find out soon.enough. I don't expect them to slow play this RS.
