You don't have to follow my logic and I'm not speculating. I asked for help from others who may be able to add further truth to what I know to be true. Health, good and poor, affects performance, good and poor, every time! My expectation is that the CEO of BIEL must be in the best possible health compared to anyone else qualified to lead this company. My information means there is a shortfall. If someone can advise there was bypass surgery or there are health concerns affecting performance, I would like to know that, as many other investors surely would.
