No not really, rather accumulation time IMO

OPL will do a PP for 13 mil sh's and these are not in the OS yet so that would account for 14% dilution = excellent buying opportunity... probably around 0.18ish IMO And this will be the lowest OPL goes for 2012! OPL is a mid to long term play and these cheapies will be nuggets some day!!
