	I voted no sometime ago and will not be changing my vote.  The Company mentioned how the R/S will not change the value of our investment.  True, I already have a paper loss of 120,000.00; my current investment balance of slightly under 20,000.00 will not increase or decrease due to the R/S.  Of course, my 600,000+ shares after a 1 for 500 reverse split will be reduced to 1,200 shares and then the pps will likely decline 15 to 20 percent.  Thus I am looking at 1,200 X 13.00 = 15,600.00 
Yes, there is a chance the R/S will not pass and even if it does the Company may wait and or never use the option. And even if they do a reverse split it may be for much less than 1 for 500. We will just have to wait but I have little hope for a favorable outcome. I blame myself for not bailing out at .16 but I talked myself out of it and now here we are barely above .03
