Sounds like one or two of these NDA's have turned into an LOI
The subsidiary is part of the agreement imo.EMA mtg would def
hold up an announcement.
But' tbh the biggest 'tell' other than the subsidiary formation that
a deal is pending,is the fact the Co cont's w' fwd statements w'out
ever wondering how they are going to pay.
