WILL turn just as STRONG to the UPSIDE when all the right ingredients are in place just like we saw back in 2017.

#2 YIELD SIGN comes off
#3 2nd PL is NAMED in an official PR
#4 MASS PUBLIC becomes aware of the 2nd PL AD Campaign
and NEW INVESTORS figure out the connection to ONCI.
#5 CEO updates on 2nd PL sales and confirms ONCI on pace to
add 50% to Annual Rev pace on this 2nd PL deal alone !
#6 RoofPL + Detriot PL + CharlottePL ALL have successful
trials and launch in coming weeks.
#7 CEO makes it clear no more need for any dilution going forward.
I could add even more to the list but the important point to understand
is the FORCES that have managed to hold the stock down
the last 18 months are just as willing to RUN THE STOCK UP
once they see their is CLEAR MOMENTUM in the advancing
fundamentals and NEW INVESTORS are coming in as well.
The above list once completed sets the stage for the coming
HUGE RUN UP.
IMO we will see the first indication of that this very
1st week of APRIL !
