Leo's email to me yesterday was a response to my email back on 3/22.I could be wrong but I think he purposefuly waited until yesterday to respond.(right after the PR about the EMA mtg.date)
He probably knew I would share it and strategicaly waited until now.

It still seems to be having lingering effects "elsewhere" as I'm still seeing references to it this A.M.

I sent him a response yesterday showing him what I redacted before sharing his email.
