Agreed, they haven't mentioned this in any of the interviews recently, so it would be great to get some upfront cash and a little money down the road based on sales (if that is typical in the medical device field)?

Not that a great % on potentially $750M annual sales in future years is anything to scoff at, but our sights are much higher and needs much sooner!
