great renegotiation on the Veneto deal.....i like that you will be testing these companies for a quarter of earnings to check their numbers as to their truthfulness and accuracy.....great job Terry and the gang.....kudos....for saving us 14 + million and interest.....we should be celebrating, not criticizing....
