Just after my post today, I went online to check one of my bank accounts. The CRAZY thing is, for the very first time this bank wanted me to have a text and put the code in that the text mentioned. Very first time! So, yes...it is becoming even more widely used from small to large financial companies.

On the other side of your conversation (my opinion), SFOR's patents will be enforceable. I think R&G and Blank Rome will get it done...to get it DONE, I think they are seeing what the other companies are doing with their similar situations, see where politics go with it, and weighing all options to get it DONE once and for all!
