Thanks Andrew, I sent this info to my family and friends (both of them). Apparently, each NJ township got a $5,500 grant to fund the effort AND they get to keep the ticket revenue. Seems like a recipe to have a lot of tickets written AND possibly generate a lot of attention. Long overdue!!! Go ONCI
