Yesterday there was a passing reference to the PR being put out prior to market opening and I took it that the poster was saying that helped NR.
Is it felt that it would be in the best interest of IPIX to release any big partner news during market hours (so as to require a halt in trading), prior to opening, after closing, or on a weekend?
