I estimate existing cash at 12M fund raise, $4M $3.25 warrants exercised, $7m on hand from Q3. total $25m. Golden Ridge cost them $7m, but 2/3's was in stock. $25 mill can buy a lot. This one where if you wait for the call, the stock could gap up, and you can't get in at today's price. A PR could come out before the CC even about the tuck in?
