I just read that AutoNation is one of the largest dealerships in the US and sold the most new cars at 311K.
Penske sold the most "units" at 644K - which includes: new; used; fleet; wholesale
However, the "company" that sold the most units is not a dealership at all! CostCo sold 650K units. Apparently, they have some type of JV with GM that is very successful and realized 25% Yr/Yr growth last year in that program.
When is one of these "leaders" in the Industry going to step up and make Distracted Driving apps available in the extremely high number of vehicles they sell?
Penske? GEICO?? BMW?? Ford??
